I must admit that we had some LONG days last week with Brian starting his new job, so we were very ready to relax for the weekend! And we are so thankful that we had such a great weekend! My little piglets do love a train so when I saw that there was going to be a LEGO exhibit at the old train depot I knew that the 3 little Hams would love it- and I was right!
Luke and Brian would have stood there for hours watching if it weren’t for the rest of us =)
The museum has several full sized trains on the property and you can get in all of them- heaven to my children!
They seriously loved it! And if exploring real trains wasn’t enough fun, they have a special play area for children 6 and under!
Abby and Jack loved driving the little truck……
……and there was even a little kitchen to play in!
Then inside the garage there are several old cars and an old fire truck!
and while the boys thought it was great….
…….this was all this little girl wanted to do!
Heaven help us in 14 years!
The boys worked on the air while Abby helped Daddy with the oil….
We all had such a great time and the train depot is actually included in our membership to the local children’s museum. This was our first time visiting but now that we know how much fun it is, we’ll certainly be back again!
